I said i wanted to squat or bench daily and add in back work every session. In no place did i say i was neglecting back work.
I may have come off as a dick by that post and i’m sorry for that. I hope you guys enjoy cheering on zraw when he screwing chobbs over.
Nice post, apologise for being a dick and then be a whiny bitch straight away.
FYI I am not a zraw defender and do indeed think chobbs should move on but at the end of the day did he really screw him over?
He gave him a one time nutrition and training program for free…
And here is your log post

Just stopping by to say how awesome of an attitude ya got Chobbs, I think you’ve learned a good deal from Zraw, but he is a busy guy, and he hasn’t been posting much, if at all, lately. Stuff with his business.
Mind posting your total changes since starting this thread? Like starting measurements and now? Numbers on big lifts?

Care to explain how Chobbs has been screwed over?
I’m curious as well. Zraw gave chobbs his training and diet. It is up to chobbs to follow through, not zraw. And he has made some great progress in his time of follow what zraw laid out for him.

Ya, jtownlax has the attitude of a typical guy of my unfortunate generation. Zraw hasn’t been able to respond as much as he originally did, which means no one is holding Chobbs hand. I’m sure in jtown’s mind that means he has an excuse to fail. Absolutely no concept of personal responsibility. The entire premise of these threads is that it is up to the individual to perform, not the guide.
Chobbs, again, has a great attitude and I think he’ll continue to make progress whether Zraw is able to come back or not.
STARTING:
Waist: 34 1/2"
Left arm: 14"
Right arm: 14"
Left thigh: 22"
Right thigh: 22"
Chest: 39"
Left calf: 15 1/2"
Right calf: 16"
Today:
Waist (where I would wear my pants): 36"
Naval: 34"
Left thigh: 23 1/2"
Right thigh: 23 1/2"
*I will forever and always be doing leg curls at the start of my hamstring workout
Chest: 42"
Left calf: 15 1/2"
Right calf: 15 1/2"
I’ve kept the macros for the meals the same, just added more variety to the meals. There’s been many many many things Zraw has told me to do that I will do forever. Like…
-Fish oil everyday
-leg curls before the start of hamstring workouts
-no carbs at breakfast, maybe fruit
-jasmati rice and honey post workout
-I will never train again without intra workout carbs
-Dumbbell shrugs are useless without at least a 2 second hold
-Squeeze and stretch with the pulldowns
-excuse my language, but fucking HAMMER side and rear delts

Looks like good progress…what are people expecting?? lol!!
Unrealistic results for someone training drug free. I sent chobbs I long post on here a while back about keeping your head in the game that summed up my general fealings about being a natty trainee when i noticed he was starting to get frustrated when he may have been expecting the same thing.
Most people want instant gratification, they see the progress of certain people who are using drugs and think that it is normal. It isnt. There is nothing wrong with it, but for those who choose to train without, it is a different game.
Chobbs made good and realistic progress and Zraw showed him the foundation or the start so to speak, not the finish line(which he needs to find himself). Everyone needs to quit bitching at Zraw and Chobbs needs to keep lifting and maintain his positive outlook.
Some of you are such whiny bitches. I heart chobbs.
Overall that’s great progress though. When you’re a natural trainee, you kind of have to just work with the cards your dealt. Personally, I feel I never really got much ‘beginner’ gains. I feel I’ve tried a lot of stupid shit lifting wise, and while I think I’m smarter then I use to be, I genuinely think so people just make slow, steady progress for a long time. After awhile, it just adds up.
So I wouldn’t be discouraged with stuff like your waist going up. Mine did too. And now it’s dropping. Just part of the process. It’s great you learned some great tools from Zraw, so just keep those principles, and decide what ya wanna do from there.
Why don’t you post some goals of yours? Where do you wanna be in the next 6 months? Year?

Jtown is the definition of spoiled, punk ass teenager. He blew this off saying he needed to train more specifically for athletics, then turned around and started training the exact way he said he shouldn’t. Then, when people tried to help him he started passive aggressively talking shit. For the record, I defended him repeatedly at the beginning. Kid’s a rebel without a clue.

X2. Very solid bench.
What are your arm measurements like now?
Thanks…I attribute my average bench to basically running a smolov bench cycle for 4 straight years. Awful high school strength and conditioning programming.
Goals by Christmas Break:
215 BW…currently 208-210
Get back to dunking comfortably
405 deadlift
315x3 squat
275x3 bench
Keep bodyfat the same
14 1/2" arm measurement
3.8 First semester GPA…it’s ghey but I had to throw something scholarly in

Those are all pretty solid. I want to be able to dunk comfortably again too
