Random opinion. PB is easier to eat and who honestly ever had a hard time putting down 2 tbsp of pb? Raw almonds on the other hand seem like a chore.

Really appreciate the compliments man, and no I’ve never taken bcaas Intra workout. I feel like the carbs help but idk about the bcaas…they sure don’t hurt any [/quote]

Zraw has me taking 15g ihntra workout, although i was doing it before i started this plan with him.

I bought a kilo of good quality BCAA powder for around $30, at 15g a day, 4 days a week it lasts a hell of a long time.

I mix it with powder tang the night before and the BCAA completely dissolves and is tasteless. Must be something to do with the acids in the tang. If you leave it in water it just sits on the top looking like glittery molten marshmallow and tastes like the bitterest thing you an imagine. Makes creatine taste like candy. Although i’ve heard the worse it tastes the better the quality, if so then this is grade A shit. [/quote]

How much fish oil do you take? I never seem to have any ill effects no matter how much I take. Although it could be because I have been taking fish oil since I was like 12 haha

That fish oil comment is a bit odd. I’ve taken upwards of 18gm a day for extended periods - now at 10gm, and no issues at all. 4gm in the AM 6gm before bed with a shake.

I took 5 grams at breakfast and 5 at lunch…first time I’ve ever taken it though was at the start of this. Who knows though.

Calves and chest seem to be growing quickly, legs somewhat and I think my shoulders are starting to fill out. But arms and waist are doing the wrong things…:confused:

I’m kinda mind fucking myself with my waist increasing…still getting all my meals in, I just need to quit being a little bitch about it lol

I can understand that. I’m currently on my first ever bulk (deliberate one) and my waist and hips have gone up about an inch, but are stationary now, whilst my weight increases. I wasn’t eating bread or dairy prior too, so in assuming, hopefully, that my waist increase is due to water/bloat. Which I get a fair bit of from stuffing myself.

Im just glad my numbers are going up, in feeling ‘biggger’ and stronger too. Just gotta keep plugging on. I had previously a massive mental block as I hate getting a larger waist, but those time I’ve persevered.
