2nd pic looks pretty solid.
And you seem to have good fat genetics. lol. Like you don’t carry any awkward fat, pretty evenly distributed, so you’ll look lean even when gaining.
Looking good though brother. Might wanna figure out a way to take some more straight forward pics, as opposed to upward angles. I know it’s awkward, but it’ll probably help Zraw out.

I honestly have no clue…I feel like it might be lower, but it might also be bloat not being there from no dairy and little bread

Zraw has me taking 15g ihntra workout, although i was doing it before i started this plan with him.
I bought a kilo of good quality BCAA powder for around $30, at 15g a day, 4 days a week it lasts a hell of a long time.
I mix it with powder tang the night before and the BCAA completely dissolves and is tasteless. Must be something to do with the acids in the tang. If you leave it in water it just sits on the top looking like glittery molten marshmallow and tastes like the bitterest thing you an imagine. Makes creatine taste like candy. Although i’ve heard the worse it tastes the better the quality, if so then this is grade A shit.
