Right arm: 14"…am i supposed to measure these with them hanging or something different?

Scale isnt but look at measurements

As far as the waist is concerned did you eat something different?.. Were you full?

Good! Lasting anywhere from an hour to hour fifteen. Intensity is higher than I’m used too but I like the shorter rest periods now that I’m used to it

I just got done eating meal 6 on training days so sweet potato and I had a shake that night…so mildly full, could of ate more but I was satisfied

I did get a half inch on my chest :slight_smile: and an inch and a half on thighs but I’m fairly certain it’s just from a better measurement spot

That is great, as your endurance build you will eventually be in there and kill it the whole time… Right now I am set at an hour and hit cardio after that… I have a very limited time to workout so I have to make the most of every min in the gym…

I’ve kinda noticed I’m always a little lighter on off days and after the weekend but I’m not the expert lol
Strength is getting better especially in OHP, and hamstring exercises
I agitated my shoulder (torn labrum) so it’s kinda sore and I hope I can still hit the push day hard

Dang, your weight stays quite consistent. My weight fluctuates 2-3 lbs depending on what day of the week it is lol

My days are usually pretty close from week to week. Do you drink different amounts of water on lifting and non lifting days?

Um I don’t think so. My food choices vary daily, so that could be it. But it’s usually the beginning of the week, when Jake adds some carbs to my diet, I’m heavier for a few days, then kind of lean back down near then end of the week. It’s odd. lol
