chobbs, how do you find living at college and training? I mean getting enough calories, sleep, recovery, etc. Just a curiousity as I’ve been at community college but I’m going off to school soon enough.

Waist : 33.5
Arms : 18.7
Calves : 17.9 (didnt do any for 6 months, back at it for 3weeks they catch up with arms fast as hell)
Chest : 48
Thighs : 26.5

I didn’t think it was too difficult, just pre cook your meat and you’re pretty much set meals wise. I try and hit the sack by 12 every night sleep till 8 and maybe catch a midday nap. Lifting is usually early afternoon and then homework or chill time the rest of the time. HUGE PLUS: I thought buying all this food I would be spending more money, but I’ve actually cut down the food bill. I think the main reason is I only eat red meat 3 times a week with zraws plan. I’m home for the summer though so I should be set with everything other than work.

The apparent ‘ideal physique’ i think this greek statues, is that the arm, neck and calf should all measure the same diameter.
Not sure if there was a response to the sugary greek yogurt. Kroger has their “greek lite” that I really like. 90 cals, 16g P, 0 F, 8 C, 6g Sugar. Cheap and pretty damn tasty. Just a suggestion! Great thread.

. My waist is 34 but chest is only 46 and arms are embarrassingly small
