Honesty hour fellas…I’m drinking a little tonight…BUT I have gotten all my meals ate but one and have the other already prepared for when I hopefully get to my apartment
Idk if I’ll get flamed for this but… I drink every weekend and still have been making the best progress of my life as my eating and training is perfect atm, I think people exaggerate the negatives of alcohol, as long as you give nutrition and training your all.
Worst part would be the eating or very sugary drinks or both
Yea I agree 100%. Sugar free redbull and then diet soda mixers ftw. lol, usually get too drunk to eat much more than a protein bar when I get home, dunno if that’s good or bad. lol
Also drinking a powerade zero and taking zma for bed really helps prevent hangovers, at least in my experience.
I still think progress will always be better without drinking

I agree 100%. But for me it’s about balancing lifting with life. Lifting is definitely ONE of my top priorities, but other stuff is up there too.
Ryan where in Wisconsin are you at if you don’t mind me asking?
Agreed with that I guess I just got sick of the hangovers I got. Not worth it I have as much fun going out without drinking
Madison. Finishing my 1st year of med school
Oh nice. I might have an internship in the capitol building over the summer, finding out for sure in a week. But I’m at UW Milwaukee in undergrad yet, if I’m in madison over the summer let’s lift together, Pete Rubish lives there too, that’d be quiet a session. haha
Sorry to derail your thread Chobbs.
