There is a better way to get your points across than ranting and raving.
This is what TC has been talking about with the noob discrimination. There is nothign wrong with being a noob. We’ve all been there at somepoint.
A few of you guys sound like you’re taking yourselves waaaay too seriously.
OP- You don’t need to worry too much about trap development with pull ups and chin ups. Just go easy on shrugging movements as these are what will make your traps get larger quickly. I find deadlifts and power cleans also hit my traps hard, but you would have to give me a very convincing argument about why it would be smart to avoid these movements if you’re at all concerned with performance.
