Chin-up form check

Looks like some pretty strict chins. Do you have a particular concern?

I don’t really have a particular concern, it’s just it was my first time recording myself doing bodyweight ones, so I wasn’t sure if I was getting all the way to the top with each rep if that makes sense.

I thought you could have pulled a little higher. But most importantly, you get a full stretch. IMO, for training purposes I would not come to a complete pause at the bottom. On pullups I don’t believe there is much stretch reflex assistance at the bottom of a pullup that would adversely affect muscle growth.
