Long term goal(s)

  1. Get down to 205 just to see if I can
  2. Within the next year do a meet at 220…hopefully with a low 400’s squat, mid 4 deadlift and low 3’s bench which is still a non impressive total but I just need to pick a meet to get a date in mind.

Solid plan dude, great target for squat/bench but you better get that deadlift closer to 500! Unless you want me gloating that I can deadlift more than you while being 60lbs lighter. Stay motivated man.
