There`s a new thread for a squat race to 405 I think you should get in on it, put all your other lifts on hold, and get that squat moving, whatever you have to do to make that happen. Stop counting calories, and start counting weight on the end of the fucking squat bar.
Weve become friends online over the last year, and while everyone else is patting you on the back, I dont think it`s cool to be able to bench as much as you can squat, unless you come to the gym in a wheel chair. I HOPE THIS POST PISSES YOU OFF AND YOU THINK ABOUT PUNCHING ME IN THE FACE EVERY SQUAT WORKOUT.
The reason I started following your log, last year, was because you reminded me of some of the kids I train, who are hungry to get strong, but your morphing into one of those kids, that`s more concerned about mobility, timing his supplement uptake, and counting micro nutriants, than squating twice his fucking body weight.
Theres enough Beiber want-a-bes in the world already, because thats the easy road. Getting strong — Thats the hard part, Expect more from yourself. Latter
I love this type of shit. Back me up in a corner and it’s fight or flight time, you’ll know which one I’ll pick on Saturday after my session. 305x8, it’s coming.
Take this for what it is, just a freindly WAKE UP !
Jake said pretty much what I was thinking, but wasn’t comfortable saying.
I’m biased though, cos I want a chance to catch up to your bench :P
You say whatever you want lol because if I feel/think something I’m sure gonna say it

Hey Bro, I’ve been crazy busy the last couple of days, glad to see you took my last post for what it was, motivation. I try to share info with guys online, and not go overboard on the coaching, but somtimes I just can’t help myself, and somtimes we all just fall into a comfort zone, and need a kick in the ass, so feel free to return the favour, Anytime
Nose bleed, I guess your actually putting a little effort into this working out thing after all. Good stuff. Latter

Within the next year do a meet at 220…hopefully with a low 400’s squat, mid 4 deadlift and low 3’s bench which is still a non impressive total but I just need to pick a meet to get a date in mind.
Good goals Bro, better get to work Thats about where I am now 1200, with my heart set on 1500. I guess it will be a tough year for both of us. Good luck ~!
Thanks fellas…if you’re bored and have some time on your hands head over to elitefts and check out dave tates bench press manual. I haven’t read it yet but it looks real solid from just a quick skim and it’s free

Solid plan dude, great target for squat/bench but you better get that deadlift closer to 500! Unless you want me gloating that I can deadlift more than you while being 60lbs lighter. Stay motivated man.
