Went to the pacers and bobcats game…pacers are 20-3, best team in the league

I was looking at my individual set by set notes from squatting and even though I look like a swagfag and I hate doing it…I feel so much stronger and my wrists feel alot better when I use my wrist wraps to squat.

i use wrist wraps on my squats on pretty much anything above 275-315

I came across the same feeling during 5s week…squats only… this week came to feeling worse/heavier than the 3s n 1s weeks.

I think “5/3/1” week feels the worst for me. I haven’t missed yet, but I feel like I will on that week first.

5s week sucks for me lol I just can’t mentally turn it on for sets that I know I won’t make or break my cycle.
Here’s a rough rough draft for my diet coming up
Lifting days (4 per week) 200 grams of carbs, at least 220 grams of protein
Non lifting days (3) 100 grams of carbs, at least 220 grams of protein
Slowly move towards 3 200 gram days then 2 then 1
5 meals per day with 10ish grams of carbs per meal then 50 grams of dextrose intra

Yes alot more lol but I’m hoping to ease into it
