It’s honestly pretty shitty, I just wanna get to 220 by break and then a long slow recomp/slow slow cut to get to 200-210 depending on how I look. Today all I’ve had is coffee with a scoop of protein preworkout, Gatorade during and like 3 pork chops. I eat like shit when I’m home. Just keep your regular diet and drink half of a half of gallon of chocolate milk a day. Tastes good and it’s still 800-900 cals depends on what milk you like and you don’t have to drink the extremes volume of a whole gallon.
Just some thoughts…my right rear delt and trap are legitimately half the size of my left lol I’m going to keep gaining until Christmas/New Years and then go on a maintence then slow recomp starting with…
Phase 1: no bread…I bloat like a mother, go 1-2 weeks
Phase 2: no milk…1-2 weeks
Phase 3: start tracking macros, probably start at 3-3500 cals

Ohh so you don’t track macros anymore? Right now I’m at 330/210/90 on training days, will probably be back up to 450g of carbs again soon. Half a gallon of milk would tear my butthole up lol.

Do you static stretch/yoga pre-workout? Do you do any kind of dynamic warm up pre-workout? Tight adductors and hypotonic abductors not being dealt with properly can make or break your squatting and performance overall.

I’m closing in on the point of really soft but I’m almost at 220 so I’m just going for it. I still look pretty lean in the mornings but who doesn’t. No macro counting for me at the moment.
FAST FOOD CRITIQUE OF THE WEEK: Steak 'n Shake…they have a new awesome four dollar menu with this garlic double cheeseburger on it that I ordered with an extra patty which was excellent then parmasean fries with a chocolate banana milkshake. Definitely recommend for maybe a post workout deadlift meal

My texas bar took 10 days to get to my house haha. I could have driven 3 hours to the eliteFTS compound and gotten one if I would have known my order was going to be so slow. They must have sent mine from texas haha.
