The good news is if my blood work is clean there is a bar right around the corner to which I will belly up and celebrate…

Strong looking zerchers there Paul. I’m relieved to hear the good news about your clean blood work. I think I need to have a few tonight to celebrate as well.
Every PR is a good PR and sometimes when I haven’t had enough sleep 250 seems like a ton.

A little Testing today
I’ll skip the preliminaries
MP Lifetime PR 180 + 5lbs ( easily anther 5lbs based on bar speed) and 8lbs over BW…when I hit 175 2 years ago I was 177.
Snatch Grip DL ( no straps) Lifetime PR 290 +5lbs
Conv DL Lifetime PR 370+5lbs there is more here but I was getting tired and wanted to end on a high note. Didn’t help that I missed dinner last night…but the montra today was Plan the work, work the plan so I stayed with it.
Going to repeat the last cycle for MP and BP although I hit my reps with room to spare I want to repeat and build reps and speed and confidence. Afterall here is no rush I’m only 54.5

Plow guy didn’t show…so at 4:10 AM I am out at the end of my driveway digging through the mound the town plow guys left for me because I’m special! So an hour later off to the gym for a quick workout
