My groin is really aggravated and aggravating… tomorrow will be problematic and its my least favorite most productive sprint day… double 30’s…brutal but effective
you sprint 30 yards by the time you hit the brakes you are around the 50 , you walk to the 30 and sprint to the goal line…just 10 sets but I find these much harder then straight 60s.so you hit 2 30s in rapid succession then a quick break and next double…
combined with BPA’s it has been outlawed in most countries…no one should have that much sexy!

10 x double 30s… had my groin all wrapped up snug as I could…left my stopwatch in my bag on purpose and used a sundial to gauge speed…sprints appear much faster when compared to sundial movement…especially before sunrise!

Day 16 BPA 10x10 with an iso hold on the last 2 reps every set… going to stay 10x10 until after the meet. The platform can only handle so much sexyification!
