lol…I think I spread my push-ups over the day a couple of times. Normally, once I started, I just wanted to get them done.
But the name of the game is “100 X each day for 30 days”. So, someone who keeps your schedule could do 5, every hour, for the 20 that they are awake, and still meet the stated goal
30s and 50s were about 90% max last one tweaked my groin…but figured out it happens as I try and open my hips to stride longer so for the 70s which were 75% max I used a high knee chop step which keeps your stride compact…not as fast but doable…
