Are the percentages referencing how close to full speed? If so, for me, 85% would be a brisk walk.
I lied about the push-ups …they don’t make you sexy…sprinting does !

This turned out better than expected, after sprints yesterday my groin, RF and quads are sore so I wasn’t sure how everything would go…I’m moving Sprint day to Wed until after the meet and then I’ll add Friday back so I’m sprinting 2x week until the weather chases me indoors.
