Thanks Skip…it was fun…the 410 was a decent rep the 420 was bit ugly… I think the number got in my head and intimidated me a little and my hips got up too early…but it worked! I need 430 for 2.5x at my present weight.

Pretty sluggish today, had deep tissue work yesterday and that always beats the crap out of me…Plus, one of my dogs was sick last night and woke me up twice to go out…so sleeping was optional last night
Peace
I assume that, by “kitten”, you are referring to a lion?
Never had any deep tissue work. It sounds like it is wonderfully painful. And sleep is never optional, though often elusive.
Nice bench and chins, btw…
When I do dead hang chins it reads like this - .5x5

Looking good. Strong work. And I think GMs are a very good thing to ease into.
SLDL…Straight leg deadlift?
Smart to ease in to the GMs. Experience with these is they can leave one with excessive DOMS is pushed too early. Great deadlifting and good work on those pause squats.

Reverse Lunges? What…regular lunges don’t take enough coordination?
How are the squats feeling?

Strick, the funny part is I lost my balance during the one of the reps and had fight it or I would have keeled over! Hahaha
Squats are feeling good on my shoulder or I should say it ain’t hurtin’ yet…I may move the DB Rev lunges so I minimize the amount of times I abduct and externally rotate my shoulder…

At least you only lost your balance. I would have ended up on the ground with the bar on top of me.
Glad that the squatting is going well. Keep after it. Looking great!
Thanks Skip
