One of my HS ball coaches favorite sayings was, “You gotta have a plan”. You always seem to have one. It’s working in a big way.
Obviously, 55 isn’t the speed limit anymore. Not even close…[/quote]
Skip-Thanks… Plan the work, work the plan…I’m excellent at the 1st part but tend to tweak and wander on the 2nd part…but since Jan I’ve been disciplined well at least I haven’t wandered far off course before correcting!

No plan survives contact. Gotta be somewhat dynamic with it.
Unfortunately, I take that to an extreme. In the end, it always seems to be my head vs. the wall.
Strick - the ole head vs the wall training is effective in strengthening cranial lobes,

But, despite your disrespect of the iron gods, nice work.
And just for the record, Crom gave up C&P, for rack start MP, many centuries ago.
Have a great weekend…

Steve’s shoulders are definitely goal-worthy. Of course, so are his bench, squats, deads and yardwork.

It sure is nice! Beats the heck out of 90+ degrees.

Thanks Skip, I just recently started in on Pendlays…So we will see if they are helpful…Regular BB rows never worked for me. I always stood up to tall or would feel it in my low back or whatever.
Finally got some rain yesterday… everything needed it and needs more. ALso helped knock down the pine pollen which was blowing around like tiny snow
