OG, I woke up early this morning. Got up at 5:30 (6:30 your time). Not only had you already gotten up, but you had worked out and posted already. I don’t know how you do it. I can barely roll over that early.

Ok, enough of that nonsense…tomorrow I’m going to test deads and MP…today I have to endure the punishment of the Spanish Inquisition! Otherwise known as a BOD meeting.
Peace
I am not sure that Zerchers and paused bench count as “nonsense”. Just sayin…
Testing deads and MP on the same day. This should be good… PRs all the way around!
chicken legs FTW
or in my case chicken leg FTW
zerchers are nothing to write off
There are some tremendously strong chicken legs out there.
You, sir, win the award for best log title.
Skip, Kev and GV …thanks for all the support and humor!
So a few beers last night outside by the fire…probably not the brightest thing seeing I wanted to test DL today.
Conv DL… I will skip everything… I pulled my 1st 405 !!
my previous best pull…370…prostates are overrated!
BW 172
MP 185 fail …so pissed just couldn’t lock it out the bar 2-3 inches above my head…plus i was a coward… I hit 170 than instead of going straight to 185 I went to 180 and my unrack was horrible and loose so I had to fight it up, the 185 was actually better… its there so a little discretion the night before and I’m good…I’ll hit it at month end…just cause!!
I swore to myself once I pulled 405 I wouldn’t go up anymore because of age and wear and what not…I lied…I want to pull 425 ( than Ill back off)…hahaha
Peace
Hell, you may hit 500 lbs soon, congrats on the 405.
Awesome lifts Paul! Almost at 2.5 x bw on Deads…that is awesome!
And MPing more than bw is outstanding as well.
Congrats!

Damn good work on the pull and the Zerchers. Things seem to be moving along.
Congrats on the dead PR my friend. Plus nearly 10% from your previous PR is a huge increase. Great work!

One of my HS ball coaches favorite sayings was, “You gotta have a plan”. You always seem to have one. It’s working in a big way.
Obviously, 55 isn’t the speed limit anymore. Not even close…

Skip-Thanks… Plan the work, work the plan…I’m excellent at the 1st part but tend to tweak and wander on the 2nd part…but since Jan I’ve been disciplined well at least I haven’t wandered far off course before correcting!
