Thanks Strick, but the Bulldogs will likely get run out of Dodge by the Greyhounds of Loyola Md… its all good, solid accomplishment by a 3rd year D1 team with 6 soph’s starting!

How do you like the Zercher work? I always hated holding the bar in the hollow of my elbows but now with my zercher harness they are great.[/quote]
GV I don’t mind it. I think our loads are significantly different so the comfort or lack thereof is probably much less for me. I do think the Zerchers and snatch grip DL have really strengthened my upper back and core which helps my Conv DL ( I hope). But I do bet the harness helpful as well as way cool. Thanks for stopping in.

Skip thanks, its all good with my kid…after Loyola ( actually very enjoyable to watch) hung 21 goals on us… they played the #4 team in the land…Boston College and hung 19 on them so we have company!!..our team is only 3 years into D1 so a lot to be thankful for… My dad was awesome…Any 91 year old guy who complains that despite how hard he lifts can’t add any muscle (hahaha…true) is good in my book!..
