Morning: 15 minute Run/HIIT

Warm ups

10x3 Snatch (30-45 rest periods)
Squat 5x5
Bent Rows 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Dumbbell Lunges 4x6

Cool downs

Night: Hour
5 set burpees(Start the timer when I’ve done this)
Shadow Boxing Timed(10 sets)
Burpees Timed(10 sets)
Bobbing and Weaving and hooks and footwork until 15 mins after timer stops

Stretching: Whenever I’m laying around.

I got to the gym late and didn’t feel like training. Mainly cause I hate warming. So I took the next logical step. I maxed out. What better time to max out than when your muscles are totally cold.

Even with my 2 year lay off, I still have some strength. I’m pleasantly surprised. I will be taking your lifts in no time, T-Nation members.

Its all part of the plan.
