I genuinly need help i just don’t know if i should keep working without caring about doing muscle imbalance workouts
Your chest is fine. Continue normal training.
A muscle imbalance would assume you are weaker on one side. Is this the case? Can you press DB’s that are the same weight for the same reps on both sides?

Just keep lifting weights and add more muscle. More muscle everywhere is the best solution for all symmetry problems and imbalances.
(Unless you have significant weakness on one side of your body.)

okay thank you so much ill take your advice on that and yes i can do both at the same rep number it feels equal i just feel like it looks assymetrical
