I store fat mostly around my chest and love handles, with a moderate amount on my abs. I’ve lost fat before, and the chest fat shrunk, but didn’t disappear. Now I want to get rid of it for good, so I’m going to seriously start working at it.
I store fat predominantly there as well…chest and love handles…although my abs fat (front to back is not that bulgiging stomach you see…it seems it all goes on the love handles…even when I was at 16 % fat I would have a somewhat trim stomach, but my love handles and chest storage made me way way assymetrical…any thoughts on this?
the best thing you can do is not look for a specific percentage, that’ll drive you nuts. you want to get to work in the gym asap, and overtime work at reducing your bodyfat.

I know, my abs are fairly trim as well. The chest and love handles (actually really more lower back fat than love handles though) is where it goes. I was afraid I had gyno (no, I haven’t used steroids), but based on what I’ve read it doesn’t seem to be true gyno. Possibly pseudogyno, which is just an accumulation of fat in the chest. I can’t wait until I burn it off.

I assume from this the problem has been taken care of. What did you do? Did diet and exercise do the job?
