Felt zero drive off the floor. Don’t know what to think. Could be the fact that I’ve dropped 16 lbs over last 2.5 months or the fact that I’m a puss. This weekend will be 4 weeks out to meet. I’m hovering right at 220#.

Been laying low. Back tightened up/wrenched/tweaked…whatever severely during 6/22 deadlift session. Scared bejeesus out of me this close to meet. Shut down to rest, recoup and strech.

Meet on 7/16. Weighing 225 to get to 220. Felt great today after almost 2 week hiatus.

Have an appt w/chiro friend on 7/5. Then will try to get massage late next week and possibly week of meet.

Squats
Singlet and belt. Didn’t wrap knees. Wanted to work toward opener and possible 2nd attempt.
