Hernia surgery tomorrow morning @ 10:45am. Dealt with it for @ 1 year. Get it fixed and get right. At least it’s not hip or knee replacement (yet). Want to train for meet in the fall.

Good luck !

Umbilical hernia surgery is complete. Surgery apparently went well. Mesh has been inserted. Vicodin is kicking in.

Glad to hear you’re doing better!

Good to see you are on the way to recovery.

Went back to 22nd Street Barbell this morning to see teammates. On 10# weight restriction so ended up calling depth on squats and holding boards for the benchers. Felt good to get out of the house for a while.

Follow up appointment with the surgeon is next Friday.

2 week hernia surgery follow up w/doc kervorkian.

Things healing fine. wants me to wait another 2 weeks before resuming training w/no restrictions.

Glad you are healing well.

Two more weeks is nothing! It will fly by.

Two weeks is just a deload. You’ll be back at it in no time.

Hope everything goes well.
