I’ve basically had an entire cheat week to reset my metabolism as Joel suggested. I’m actually sick of eating like crap and looking forward to dieting.

Do you think Hoodia from the brand name Flora would be good stuff?

I was wondering if most CD testers here have measured their BF%?

Have you measure it by yourself or have you paid a trainer to get it done?

At my local gym there’s a guy who charge 25$ for a 9 sites bf test with callipers which takes about 5-8 mins to complete. Also, this method seems to be very relative so not very accurate… so if at least it was, I wouldn’t mind paying for it…

I just find this to be exagerated a little bit. Any thoughts on this or tips?

I wouldn’t worry about it. BF % is a weak measuring tool to begin with.

Go to the craft/sewing department in your local store and get a flexible measuring tape and just take measurements. Record these for tracking purposes instead.

No idea. Just try it. If it does not work, then buy the now brand for the next bottle.

If that does not work…well there are other non-stimulating appetite supressants but I’m not sure if Biotest makes any relevant product, so I’ll leave out names for now.

To measure your BF% correctly, all you need is a shoe…

What days are you guys planning to do your strength training? Is anyone planning to workout on their Cheat Day?

Plain hoodia by now only comes in one strength:

Mega Hoodia 20:1 Concentrate, Now Foods, 250 mg, 60 Vcaps

I think most people take 3/day. I take mine with b’fast. Lunch or often a few hours after (when I start to get hungry again) and dinner, or again, a bit after.

Not everyone responds. Some get excellent response like I do, some get moderate response, some get none. There may be some…build up and people talk of having better response after levels have built up for a day or so.

You know, I’ve been looking forward to today all week-- laid in a supply of ice cream yesterday, planned a Costco run so I could get some pizza before I did my shopping, but I’ve been surprisingly unenthused about eating ‘bad’ foods. Up until pretty recently I’ve had a nasty addiction to sweets, but…I just can’t wait to see what this diet is going to do for me, and I’m itching to get back to eating clean. My energy levels are lower today and I’m realizing just how much good, clean, natural food does for me.

Anyone else not thrilled with eating whatever today?

What “supplement”??? The only one mentioned is Metabolic Drive and that’s just a suggested means of getting additional protein.

I know what you mean. Even my cheat day today was pretty tame. I went to Bennigan’s for a Monte Cristo, but could barely finish half. Then proceeded to DQ a couple hours later and got a freakin’ medium blizzard. I haven’t gotten a medium since Junior High! Somewhere deep down inside is preventing me from enjoying this day! It has to be the V-Diet. Man that thing changed me big time.

Did anyone eat something they feel is completely over the top, besides an entire large pizza? Like say a baker’s dozen at Krispy Kreme.

I thought we are supposed to take Fishoil.

When I worked overnight I made friends with the guy at dunkin donuts since we’d often make 3am coffee runs. So ever since november when I’ve made a real effort to eat clean as much as possible, I haven’t really seen him.

Today I go in and he’s all happy to see me (I mean we’d usually see each other 5 nights a week for 8 months)…and I’m all happy to see him…for a different reason. You see, I have this thing for lemon donuts. It’s like the only food that can break me down 100% of the time. I told him to give me every one he had ready…Over the course of the day I’ve killed them all but 3. I didn’t count how many I ate though, cause it was a cheat day and well I hadn’t had them in forever.

I am gonna throw theese 3 away though since I know ill eat em in the week if they aren’t out of my fridge.

I don’t think I’ll wanna cheat for a loooooong time.

Haha, yeah… my cheat day consisted of Starbucks and pancakes, pizza, reese’s peanut butter cups, and a burrito as big as a newborn baby from Qdoba. Yum!
