hey guys, i eat mostly paleo, but i have a cheat/carbup meal every5-7 days.
i usually have then after my biggest leg workouts.
if i train earlier in the day, should i have my carb up meal right after the lift, or wait until my last meal of the day?

Give the 2 options you’re giving I’d go after the workout when insulin sensitivity is highest.

Yes: BBQ’s, holiday parties, dates, nights out with friends, lunch with co-workers, and so on.
