Best Time for a Cheat Meal?

Hey all,

If you’re doing cheat meals during a gaining cycle, when is the best time of the day to consume them? For me, I train late in the day so do you think it would be better to eat it at lunch so I have the calories ready for my training session or after I train to maximize the meal’s ability to stimulate growth?

A gaining cycle? Whenever hunger strikes would be a good time for a ‘cheat’ meal or a meal period.
