In ONE MEAL.
I once won a bet by eating 4 liter ice cream, thats 4.4 kilos (10 pounds?)
I was a big eater in my haydays, the biggest in my army platoon.
yea 17 pounds is real. I’m known for this sort of thing.
But the gain isnt gone, i’ll let u know when it is though.
Good Lord Glute-S you must have a few tapeworms. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I thought those were your totals for the day… but in one meal!!! whew!
17lbs=59500 calories. So you’re telling me you ate ~35 000 calories on two consecutive days (Some of those calories would be maintenance)?

If I have been working out a lot and doing a lot of cardio during the week, I would be lightest on Friday night right before my all-weekend eating/drinking binge which would yield anywhere from 11-12 lbs. Fat? No, probably hyper-hydration of muscle along with massive water retention due to sodium, dehydration, and absurd saturation of liquor.
Last cheat day I went straight Italian:
Made a big lasagna with fresh ricotta, buffalo mozz, veal, pork, and ground beef, fresh grated parm reg, etc.
Sea salt bread with olive oil, proscheutto
huge caesar salad with anchovy dressing
gelato to finish, of course
then i went and laid down, peacefully
You guys need to calm down on cheat days. The goal is not to slow down your progress, it is to keep your thyroid active. One or two cheat meals is more than sufficient. Eat well for the rest of the day though. You don’t have to cheat 12 times.
One Word SUSHI!!! Wait, I eat that almost every other day so is that really a cheat meal?
Zulu…I am sure Ryan was referring to scale weight; not necessarily fat gain. To gain this much water from carb spillage and glycogen repletion is possible…although still astounding!
I don’t think someone could ingest 59k calories and keep them all down…he would puke his guts up trying!
Peace…
well, let’s see, this one time about a month ago…
in the morning i made linguini:
500g package of pasta, 1lb of beef, tomato sauce, and 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
Then in the afternoon i ate about 2lb of chocolates. I believe one of them was black, so it was all in good health.
Grand total was ~ 8500 calories…

Where did you find whole wheat pancake mix?? I’ve been looking all over for it and I havn’t found a single brand that makes any… I’m this close to trying to make it myself!
lol, sorry to dissapoint but I make whole wheat pancakes myself. I’m starting to prefer them to regular pancakes…they taste great. It helps relieve the tedium of eggs, bran cereal and oatmeal on a continual basis.
Now I’m playing around with it and trying to incorporate some blueberries and some flaxseeds into them, I’ll see how that goes.
So far I’ve only tried this recipe:
html/nutrition/recipes/breakfast/
pancakes/
and modified the egg substitute for 2 eggs, and the sugar for some stevia.
Cheers,

Greel, that is a massive cheat bro, hey man I am going to be in Santa Monica in a week, is there lots to do down there or what? I am probably going to stay an extra day, could you PM me some places I might be able to check out, hey bro. Thanks a lot.
My last cheat day… ahhhhhhh… I remember it well.
-Started with 4 K-creme donuts and a venti white chocolate mocha from S-bucks
-lunch was nachos and milkduds, with a coke (went to the movies)
-dinner was a Carne Asada Quesadilla, 5 rolled tacos, chips and salsa, a couple rum and cokes and some coffee flavored ice cream from “Cold Stone Creamery.”
That last meal turned me into a blissfully sedentary hunk of flesh until I drifted off to sleep.
Dave,
Hodgson Mills makes a pretty good wheat pancake mix.
they do sell online, although I’ve only bought their stuff in stores. good whole wheat pasta as well.
