Damn! I never knew. What’s next,
Lowery=Staley?
WOW!!
i can’t imagine there are so many reponse to this post.
i’m not attacking CP for copying anything from other places. but he’s the name i know before CT, CW…CS…etc.
i love CT & CW’s program most. and that’s why i’ll expect CP to write some new program for us because he’s so great a coach.
and BTW, thanks CT & CW for so many revolutionary training programs for us.
I have kind of been thinking the same thing lately.
I have read interviews with Poliquin where he has talked about the allergy testing and other things. He said that he uses an IV to pump 50 grams of Vitamin C into himself and that it has caused his body fat to drop to something like 2.7%, down from around 6 I think.
Granted, such things may not be applicable for the novice/middle class trainee, but they would be nice to read about. And instead, his last few articles here have been rewrites of his old programs.
Still great training programs, but some type of behind the scenes with poliquin would be a great read.

That’s all I was trying to say.
I get where you guys are coming from in wanting something new, but realize that these guys hear the same questions over and over (How do I lose weight/get big/get strong, etc.), any of which can now be answered by searching the archives. Occasionally rehashing an article or idea is a good way to cut down on the number of questions they have to answer repeatedly. While it’s not news to you, it probably was to some of the newer members.
If you read about and study a topic for years on end, you’re most likely going to accumulate a lot of knowledge on that topic, which can make a lot of articles/ideas old news to you. Take it as a testament to your knowledge and to the fact that you know more about training than 99% of the people out there.

I thought that your post was innocent and fair enough and that everyone over-reacted.
Personally I think that there is only so much that can be written on training, so it is inevitable that some degree of repetition will occur. (especially when the articles have been updated for a new readership).
I think that your post was misinterpreted as derogatory, whereas it seemed to be fair request for new ideas. (If such new ideas are available, or actually needed - perhaps we have all the info we need here already?)
