I’ve recently gone from playing quarterback, a position where my goals were primarily relative strength and being as quick as possible…to beginning my journey as a professional wrestler, where there will be more of an emphasis on overall size. Although I’ve been training for 4-5 years, I don’t know much outside of Defranco’s ws4sb and Wendler’s 531.
I was hoping someone could reccomend a specific program with its main purpose being hypertrophy, that they have used with success i could follow as I dont feel confident enough designing my own. I am currently 6’1 195 lbs and 19 years old.
