As we’ve said some times, “semblance of abs” doesn’t mean someone is lean or getting lean. One can be obese and have “semblance of abs” and “separation in the delts and bis”.
Just like you could be 20% body fat even though you may look leaner in your avatar.

Why is it no one is questioning how fat you are?

In regards to px level of leanness and this whole everyone holds fat differently. While I don’t think Px is as lean as he thinks, based on some of his pics, there is some semblance of abs going on. Minimal definition, bit its there. Which maybe convinces him of his leanness. But IMO, it seems that he holds most of his fat in his back. I’ve never seen a back pic that had decent levels of leanness.

I also believe that the more muscle you have the more fat you can carry while looking leaner, thus giving a false idea of how little fat one is carrying, and maybe a false sense of how much muscle mass. My .02
I haven’t even posted a recent picture of my back taken in the last two years because I was in A MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT with major back injuries. My back is just now getting back to where it was then.

Your post seems to be missing quite a bit.

I’m not sure. They’re free to do so, and I wouldn’t mind.

This is true too. I think in my avatar I’m in the mid teens. I might be wrong though.

When I viewed the CO videos of X training with CT I was suprised to see how little definition there was in PX’s arms. They were big but there was literally no definition there. My great gran had bloody big arms when measured with a tape but she too had no definition
Is it me…or are some of you apparently missing that time passes for the rest of us just like it does for you?

I was in CO almost three years ago. Most of the pics posted in that Indigo log thread are from AFTER the trip to CO where you see me getting leaner.

You will have to excuse my amazement that people can be this critical of me…yet can’t seem to follow a time line and apparently think my body hasn’t changed in almost half a decade.

And if you are, then why question me?

You asked how much I think I will weigh when I am 15%.

My response: “I am that now” and have posted how much I weigh.

This is the most hilarious display of blatant trolling hypocrisy I have seen on this site. (Although I am sure Professor X will mince words to disagree)
It is incredible lol
Starting my morning off with some laughs.
I appreciate it.

I literally dare you to actually respond to me on a level of discussion explaining specifically what you have an issue with in what I just wrote.

There are some estimations that people can reasonably say MIGHT be wrong and other estimations that people can reasonably say ARE wrong.

Ohhh you dare me?
You kno exactly what you wrote and the desired effect you were hoping to get, so do I.
Unlike many others here I do not think you are a dumb person.
You may play dumb but IMO you know what you are doing and post the way you post for a reason, entertainment for you and more thread clicks for Biotest.

That’s why I got a caliper reading so there would be no guess work.

So now that we have that out of the way and your question was answered, how about responding to how someone would test for whether they gained that “40-50lbs” of muscle you wrote about?

No, I said respond directly to what I wrote or tell me specifically what you disagree with.

If you can’t do that…what is there to complain about?

Lol, I guess Ill stick to the PL forum…while I know Brick is joking (but alas as with all joking there is elements of truth that he wanted to spew

 • I do not feel out of breath when walking,
 • Im not concerned nor will I ever be about hawt abs and the following:
 • Wear a size 36 pants, and have rather small legs
 • Check this SHOCKER out, I actually lift weights to get stronger…it seems as if this has taken a back seat to aesthetics only on TN to which I am sad. Still cant understand why people would want to look like Ronnie Coleman but be as strong as Gary Coleman.
 • Yeah I have a belly, but I’m still proud to take off my shirt whenever possible, even with the 6 pack, broads dig the power belly.
 • 243 lbs I would say about 20% BF at age 37, I still play basketball, racquetball will be getting into mountain biking this summer. I am athletic and carry extra weight.
 • My fat rolls smell of cinnamon.

I keep going back to this post as the benchmark. There’s a lot of talk in here about being lean and looking good. But where’s the “stronger” in all of that? More importantly where is the performance talk in here? Stu, Zraw, etc all look good but who cares if they can’t take a hit, or run down the football field, or play a game of pick up ball (note: I’m not saying that they can’t).

The bottom line for me is looking fit and athletic is sub par to actually being fit and athletic.

I’ve answered this dozens of times. You don’t like any of my answers, and I accept that.

Classic X.
You want to know the exact hypocritical troll posts that I’m speaking of so you can mince words like I said
You would?

No, you have not responded to this.

Once again, how would I or anyone else test to see exactly how close they got to that “40-50lbs” of muscle you claimed?

Why not just answer the question?

How do I calculate that?

I want you to explain what you disagree with without the personal attacks and with some semblance of intelligent discussion.

I want to see if you can do that.

This is actually the direction I’m headed in these days. I want to look good, but I also want to be (gasp!) “functional”. Still lifting three or four days per week but doing a good amount of running, sprinting, and other activities.

The thing is, it’s NOT exact, hence why it’s considered SPECULATION and ESTIMATION and ACADEMIC.

Perhaps you can express why you have a seemingly huge problem with speculation. Why not just disagree or ignore?

I have a problem with it because you are saying this is a limit yet there is no way for anyone to confirm if they did it…which makes it useless.

What CAN be tested for is lean body mass and fat mass…so why not use methods we can test for instead of making up number and claiming no one natural can pass it when no one could ever test to see if they did or not?
