Did someone else take your picture for your Avi?

If not how did you do that?
My phone camera has a timer. I’m sure your phone has one as well.
It just seems like a far away shot. Never looked to see if I have a timer on my Iphone.
I had to rest the camera a bit far away so I can take the picture with good lighting lol.

Also Brickhead, I’m not sure why you keep on engaging X if you know you won’t be getting a reasonable response. Better off ignoring him IMO.
Did you set a :30 timer and then run 150 yards to where you stood for the photo? :)
Gotta get my cardio on bro.

Seems funny to me but there is a world of difference between the 3-4% and that of the 12% but the fatter they get it seems far harder to tell. I mean the top row of pics show a spread of 7-8% and there is a massive easily appreciated difference between the pics, however the bottom three show a similar difference in bodyfat (10%) but there seems to be a more similar look to them

On the evidence of those reference pics its easy to assume PX is in the 20-25% bracket but those pics seem to show untrained guys not muscular guys with fat so maybe its not the best way to judge.

It’s easier to see differences when their isn’t much fat, like in the top row.
If you are already carrying a good amount of fat adding a little more isn’t that drastic of a visual change.

Serious question but even though this wrestler is mega obese how much muscle do you think he carries? Is it impossible to work out because of his fat? By the way he is big but thats a kid he is squaring up to not a fully grown man

I bet he’s passed that infernal 80 lbs limit that Brickhead insists on.

LOL yeah but at a fucking huge cost though

While I’m 100% certain that most people on here would agree with training for your own individual goals, I have a hard time believing that anyone who truly likes how they look, despite other people not being fans, would be bothered to the point where the majority of their posts inevitably turn towards trying to get others to see things differently and constantly pat them on the back for a job well done.

What are his stats?

I’m not sure, but we’d have to kill him and do an autopsy to find out.

Like I said, I always wondered where that 80 pound limit came from when I’ve said hundreds of times that a natural, provided everything is done alright, can gain about 40 to 50 pounds of muscle.

I think it came about when I said “no natural has gained 80 pounds of muscle” after X spoke many times as this being achievable. So 80 became a “limit”.

Another “limit” is “a 15 year limit” after which gains stop that was created after I asked X how much mass he thinks he can gain after lifting for 15 years. That one puzzled me too, because I’ve said ad nauseum that gains after about 5 to 7 years are negligible.

Somehow talking about the facts of life is “limiting” to others reading them.

He will probably have a heart attack within 5 years so we can wait till then.

In regards to px level of leanness and this whole everyone holds fat differently. While I don’t think Px is as lean as he thinks, based on some of his pics, there is some semblance of abs going on. Minimal definition, bit its there. Which maybe convinces him of his leanness. But IMO, it seems that he holds most of his fat in his back. I’ve never seen a back pic that had decent levels of leanness.

I also believe that the more muscle you have the more fat you can carry while looking leaner, thus giving a false idea of how little fat one is carrying, and maybe a false sense of how much muscle mass. My .02

When I viewed the CO videos of X training with CT I was suprised to see how little definition there was in PX’s arms. They were big but there was literally no definition there. My great gran had bloody big arms when measured with a tape but she too had no definition

As we’ve said some times, “semblance of abs” doesn’t mean someone is lean or getting lean. One can be obese and have “semblance of abs” and “separation in the delts and bis”.

This post makes no sense. All of us are trying to reach a goal. My goal included being BIGGER than you are. I don’t need you to pat me on the back for a job well done. I keep asking questions because trying to act like someone who built that much muscle HASN’T done something significant is disingenuous and against what many of us should be for.

I am not insulting YOUR progress…nor do I rant constantly that you didn’t get as big as my goal is…because that is YOUR goal and you did well at what YOU wanted to do.

It is a very strange act to try to constantly whine that I think too highly of myself. I simply know what I did…which was build more muscle than most of the people trying so hard to get me to see how poorly I did.

How would someone test for how much of this “40-50lbs” of muscle they gained?

In what ways would they confirm if they did it?
