Good thing I worked at building that muscle all those years then, huh?

You bash on everyone for trying to stay lean which is just as much as part of the game as the building process, yet you’ve never really taken that step of getting lean yourself.
Uh, yeah, that would be completely false. Not once have I EVER posted that I am against someone trying to stay lean.
That doesn’t even make sense for me to write so why do you think this way?
I am against people with goals of having really big muscles focusing on body fat to the degree that it holds back overall progress and they never get that big.
You don’t happen to be that big. Maybe you would see some value from just working on size for a while.
If you want to stay leaner while gaining, have at it.
Just don’t act surprised if you realize you aren’t gaining as much muscle as you could if size alone and strength was your periodized goal for a while.

So I don’t understand why your advice should be taken as the holy truth and nothing but the truth. Your game is incomplete, thus your advice would have to be mediocre at best bro.
Wow.
Any advice I give is based on what I learned over the years in the gym and my education in how the human body works. I don’t even discuss contest dieting at all so I am not sure what you have an issue with.

I know after seeing the vids with CT at headquarters, a long with many people that you’re probably not the best person to take advise from.
Not sure what you mean here, but I am sure you have made up quite the story.

Not trying to bash you here man and come down at you, but im just pointing out the truth just like you so rightfully did.
But, you are not pointing out the truth when you say I am against people staying lean.

& No offense taken, but its common sense that the more muscular you are the leaner you appear, and yet I still look leaner then you with a lot less muscles.
@Brick Yeah, that would be me unfortunately.
But, you do NOT look leaner than me in my avatar.
