Gotta agree here. This place is pretty cashed at this point. .
Yea - I really don’t get why this is allowed to run rampant here.

Honestly, Biotest lost me as a customer for precisely this reason - if this is how they allow their forums to run, it would seem to me that they have ZERO respect for their customers.
So why not leave?

X: What do you believe you will weigh when you are lean, perhaps 12 to 15%?
My question to you is why that matters to you so much.

You keep saying “when you are lean”…as if I need to get leaner than I am right now to look good.

I also already posted I was read at 15% so why would I need to guess?
I also think it would be awesome to see you really lean. If you don’t have any desire to, that’s fine. I’ve always wondered what you would look like really lean since I’ve joined the site.

And for what it’s worth, calipers suck at getting an actual BF %. They are good for tracking progress from your established baseline(I’m sure you know that). Last time I got pinched(from someone that knows what they are doing), it said I was right under 10%. There is no way I am under 10% now and I am much leaner.
I don’t get this…I got a caliper reading…and now everyone is trying to tell me how inaccurate they are…yet are still focused on a number.

That makes no sense.

I am lean enough to look the way I want to look. I am not sure why anyone would train for any other reason.
Calipers can only measure subcutaneous fat. Visceral fat is much harder to measure. Just another tool to track progress i.e. if your numbers are lower than they were say, a month ago, then progress is occurring in terms of losing bodyfat. I don’t think the actual number is that important(or correct for that matter). The way you look is obviously more important.

I’m not asking you to lean out, I am just curious what a near stage ready X would look like(I know that is not your goal).

I am honestly asking why liv92 thinks he is lean enough to criticize how “fat” I am when he doesn’t seem much leaner than I am.

Apparently it doesn’t matter what my “number” is because people will either say it is “inaccurate” or flat out act like I am obese when my avatar pics show nothing like that.

At least be honest with yourselves.

That’s fine to be curious.

What I am getting at is people acting like I need to get leaner to see muscle…when I am lean enough to see that now as far as I am concerned.

This isn’t about what other people want…just like it isn’t about what I want when it comes to your own goals.

I just find it strange that some of you see a guy who states he likes what he reached in the gym…and so many are still looking for faults.

Obviously that is not aimed at you personally, just the overall posts that seem to act like no matter what, they will either subtract away from the gains made or act like they are invisible and I am too fat to see any progress.

It just seems like a strange act for people truly looking to make more progress and serve as inspiration to push others to do better too.

I know what I want to look like and I am headed in that direction.

I just find it strange so many people seem to have a problem with MY GOALS.

You’re holding more fat than I am in my avatar (nothing wrong with that) and I am about 15% there and you say you are 15%. How can that be?

Further, hopefully you are aware that everyone does not carry fat the same way.

You got pissy with your reply.
I posted again to ask why you were so pissy when what you typed agreed with what I said.
You replied with “actually, you just agreed with me.”

Ummmmm yeah, that’s what I just said! We weren’t disagreeing.
You commented to disagree with me while actually agreeing with me and then posting saying I am wrong and was actually agreeing with you lol
There is no way you could possibly be this dense.
No wonder no one takes you seriously anymore.
This is part of the problem. PX appears to lack the awareness to even recognize when he comes off as an asshole. Either that or he’s just a straight up liar.

Prof X has been talking about needing to bulk to reach a certain point of muscularity for a decade now, and still has never really leaned down.

Wtf is he waiting for??? How much more does he need to bulk to reach that point when he finally decides to cut.

They should make a new sub form. Bigger, Stronger, Fatter.
Great post.

Could you please tell me why I need to get leaner than the point I think I look good?

No offense, but you don’t look that much leaner than I do in that avatar picture and you are surely not that muscular.
Because you’re a bodybuilder… You bash on everyone for trying to stay lean which is just as much as part of the game as the building process, yet you’ve never really taken that step of getting lean yourself. So I don’t understand why your advice should be taken as the holy truth and nothing but the truth. Your game is incomplete, thus your advice would have to be mediocre at best bro.

I know after seeing the vids with CT at headquarters, a long with many people that you’re probably not the best person to take advise from.

Not trying to bash you here man and come down at you, but im just pointing out the truth just like you so rightfully did.

& No offense taken, but its common sense that the more muscular you are the leaner you appear, and yet I still look leaner then you with a lot less muscles.

@Brick Yeah, that would be me unfortunately.
Liv92 wrote:

Good thing I worked at building that muscle all those years then, huh?
Uh, yeah, that would be completely false. Not once have I EVER posted that I am against someone trying to stay lean.

That doesn’t even make sense for me to write so why do you think this way?

I am against people with goals of having really big muscles focusing on body fat to the degree that it holds back overall progress and they never get that big.

You don’t happen to be that big. Maybe you would see some value from just working on size for a while.

If you want to stay leaner while gaining, have at it.

Just don’t act surprised if you realize you aren’t gaining as much muscle as you could if size alone and strength was your periodized goal for a while.

Wow.

Any advice I give is based on what I learned over the years in the gym and my education in how the human body works. I don’t even discuss contest dieting at all so I am not sure what you have an issue with.
Not sure what you mean here, but I am sure you have made up quite the story.

But, you are not pointing out the truth when you say I am against people staying lean.

No offense, but I already have a buddy for this. Both of them are really great girls. I am just asking why you would claim you no longer support the business that runs this website…but keep posting just to tell us you hate it.

That seems like a strange way to spend your day.

I mean…at least I have fuck buddies.

I’ve said this several times. He flat out makes shit up to further his own distorted agenda or to sound cool. It’s really weird and kinda extremely sad.

It just seems like a far away shot. Never looked to see if I have a timer on my Iphone.

I’ve never seen a recent picture in which you’re below 20%.

Right, but there are comparisons in which someone is CLEARLY sporting more fat than another.

For Reference

I had to rest the camera a bit far away so I can take the picture with good lighting lol.

Also Brickhead, I’m not sure why you keep on engaging X if you know you won’t be getting a reasonable response. Better off ignoring him IMO.

Did you set a :30 timer and then run 150 yards to where you stood for the photo?
