Changing of the Guard

Prof X has been talking about needing to bulk to reach a certain point of muscularity for a decade now, and still has never really leaned down.

Wtf is he waiting for??? How much more does he need to bulk to reach that point when he finally decides to cut.

They should make a new sub form. Bigger, Stronger, Fatter.

Are you the one who said X’s nutrition advice backfired on you?

That would be completely individual. I know this has been said before…and it still holds.

What is “overboard” for me 5 years ago is different than now…based o0n my goals and my time available and my results.

For instance…if a guy knew he would be out of the country for two months this summer in South America, would it make sense for him to diet right now if his training might be limited there?

Gee, maybe he should look at his own life and train in a way that allows him to make the most gains even if YOU might see it as “overboard”.

Get it?
With all due respect, your pompous asshole way of posting is so old and tired.
Do you realize that WE ARE NOT DISAGREEING?
You are a broken record.
Until the first line of this post I have been nothing but kind and civil with you.

I have even complimented you several times in another thread about how big you were and you still post like this.
No wonder virtually no one on this site likes you.
You are the only poster I have ever seen who will be an ass towards someone who isn’t disagreeing with them.

Great post.

Could you please tell me why I need to get leaner than the point I think I look good?

No offense, but you don’t look that much leaner than I do in that avatar picture and you are surely not that muscular.

There was nothing disrespectful in that post at all.

Actually, you just agreed with me when you said what you did about gaining and expecting some fat gain.

That is all I have said here. Nothing more.

Once again, you weren’t insulted or degraded in that post at all so what is all of this for?

You are completely insufferable.
I posted my comment.
You got pissy with your reply.
I posted again to ask why you were so pissy when what you typed agreed with what I said.
You replied with “actually, you just agreed with me.”

Ummmmm yeah, that’s what I just said! We weren’t disagreeing.
You commented to disagree with me while actually agreeing with me and then posting saying I am wrong and was actually agreeing with you lol
There is no way you could possibly be this dense.
No wonder no one takes you seriously anymore.

X: What do you believe you will weigh when you are lean, perhaps 12 to 15%?

Some of us want to be big enough to be shredded at over 200lbs…so we did what we needed to in order to pull that off.
Brick, he is already shredded at over 200lbs.

My question to you is why that matters to you so much.

You keep saying “when you are lean”…as if I need to get leaner than I am right now to look good.

I also already posted I was read at 15% so why would I need to guess?

Wait…so you agree with me…and yet are writing several posts about how “pissy” I was in responses when nothing in that response is pissy or insulting in any way.

Gotta agree here. This place is pretty cashed at this point. .
Yea - I really don’t get why this is allowed to run rampant here.

Honestly, Biotest lost me as a customer for precisely this reason - if this is how they allow their forums to run, it would seem to me that they have ZERO respect for their customers.

It’s just curiosity.

You don’t “need” to get lean. Who implied that? You can go up to 50% if you want to.

That’s an inaccurate reading.

I’m probably 15% or so in my avi. How can you be 15% then?

I also think it would be awesome to see you really lean. If you don’t have any desire to, that’s fine. I’ve always wondered what you would look like really lean since I’ve joined the site.

And for what it’s worth, calipers suck at getting an actual BF %. They are good for tracking progress from your established baseline(I’m sure you know that). Last time I got pinched(from someone that knows what they are doing), it said I was right under 10%. There is no way I am under 10% now and I am much leaner.

No, you agreed with me.
Get it right.

Take some days off…come back to BSL.

Same argument, X and MassiveLulz making no sense…everybody disagreeing with them, to no avail.

Back to yard work.

My crappy Accumesure calipers showed my friend to be 18% when he is likely in the high 20%'s (260 at 5’10", natty, and out of shape).

I’m sorry, but why would you say that?

One what basis are you saying that the reading is inaccurate?

I don’t get this…I got a caliper reading…and now everyone is trying to tell me how inaccurate they are…yet are still focused on a number.

That makes no sense.

I am lean enough to look the way I want to look. I am not sure why anyone would train for any other reason.

It doesn’t matter what you are in your avatar. What does that have to do with me?
