ok… i read the article about using chains for your squats or bench press and i have seen the university of michigan using them for their football team. I am very curious about where to get these chains… how to hook em all up and how big and what my workout should be… the article wasnt very specific how to do it all… if you could help me out i would appreciate it/

just use some log chains, man. get them at a hardware/supply store. just double or triple them up if they do not seem heavy enough. this is an AWESOME workout, by the way.
