Chains and Bands in the Gym

Hey all, just curious if anyone has had any issues with bringing in bands or chains to thier gym?

No issues with either, bands are just a bitch to setup.

No probs, but 25kg of chain takes some carrying in!

My gym provides them.

I train at a large commercial gym. There’s an (unstated) agreement that I can use bands/chains (and do overhead lifting, cleans, etc.) so long as I go on off-peak hours.

So if you’ve never brought them in, I wouldn’t do so at peak hours. (I’m assuming from your question you’re not training at a hardcore establishment.)

Where do you guys buy chains if your gym does not provide them for you?
