Chad Waterbury: Thanks

Having just completed ABBH1, ABBH2, and then TTT over the past few months all I can do is say unreal. I have made some of the best gains over these past months thanks to Chad.

My question is, I am due to finish TTT next week and was wondering can I repeat them? Having enjoyed them so much could I start ABBH1 again next week? I know their is an order of Chad’s exercises on the excel spread sheet. Or do you think I should just move onto HH, which I believe is next?

how much weight did you gain doing ABBH1?

You say HH is “next”…
Is there a set “order” to using Chad’s programs?

Hey Mike, thanks for the kind words - I appreciate it!

I don’t recommend dropping your frequency back down to 2x/week per body part. After TTT, go to TBT or the WM. Follow that up with HH and then go for the Art of Waterbury. After that, go to Quattro Dynamo.

That will keep you busy for quite some time.

Can’t remember from just ABBH 1, but after all three programs about 32 lbs.

Thanks again. Look forward to starting TBT on Monday. If you ever get up to New England the first few are on me. I owe you…

HOLY SHIT what was your diet?

Yup, I have been doing his HFT stuff I got friggin jacked. I’ve gained at least 10 lbs. Nothing fits, all my max lifts have gone up. I didn’t do much diet wise, if anything I have reduced intake. It’s the most muscle I’ve gained from any program in a short period of time.
BTW Mr. Waterbury, you owe me a new pair of pants.

I would also like to thank Chad Waterbury for the programs and info he’s provided us. I’ve completed abbh I and II and started WM and have experinced huge weight gains as well as stregth gains. Thanks againe for the time and effort

Awesome!

All requests for pants should be sent directly to TC or Tim.

lol - Do these requests include any need for new pants or only if due to muscle hypertrophy?

Chad is the man. I follow BBB and already see huge progress over 2 months.
