Hey, this is my first post, but I’ve been reading this Site with all the Articles (and other Sites) for quite a while now.
Now I wanted to ask why there is no direct shoulder and hamstring work in the Anti-BB-Program?? j/k

I just wanted your oppinion on what kind of split to do with this program, since it would be hard for me to do it with alternating days all the time, so either:
Su/Tue/Thu,
or Su/Mo/Wed/Thu??
Please help me out with this, thanks in advance…
