I recently had a cervical injury due to some faulty equipment at my gym. I wanted to know besides cardio, there isn’t much i can do is there? i figured i can do push ups as well but how many times a week am I able to do them? every other day?
If anyone knows how often I can do them or any other exercises I would appreciate it. Thanks for the help

At 6’4" and 215 lbs, if you’re a chick, the entrance to your uterus is probably quite spectacular.
But my money is on the latter Helga.

haha cervical as in the spine. I am 6’4 215lbs I would be a big woman. But anyways, If i were to do an exercise like pushups, how often would I be able to perform them? haha i can’t stand taken to many days off. And if you can think of any other exercises it would be appreciated.

I think that you are the only person that is going to be able to assess that. Push ups are not going to work you too hard so there would be no problem doing a few sets every day. My initial concern would be the stress on your cervical spine simply doing push ups. You are in a position where you need to support your head with all that being done in your cervical region.
I am not going to pretend that I can offer any advice on exercise selection for your rehab, but tread very carefully with the push ups and I would avoid them if you can feel the stress on the injured region of your neck.
