I dont doubt this but Ive never been able to find the reference to this study,I’d be interested in other peoples thoughts
Where the hell do these numbers come from? How exactly is Charles Polquin MEASURING the amount of stress people faced two generations ago? What sort of unit of measure do you put on stress? Did he invent a time machine, go back to 1926 and take some blood samples to measure the concentration of cortisol?
