Ran 100mg of Drol for 4 weeks and honestly don’t think I’ll ever touch it again. Might have just been a bad batch but the sides were awful and the gains were sub par. I’ll always opt for Dbol.

the total list of health supps I am currently taking (including non-steroid specific stuff) is:
-TUDCA
-ALA
-Carnitine
-NAC
-Fish Oil (standard)
-vitamin D
-ZMA
it’s only really the first 4 that I consider to be on-cycle protection, although there’s a value to taking them off cycle as well I’m sure.
One thing I’m not taking is a blood pressure med. I was thinking about getting some hawthorne berry or citrus bergamot. Not sure if I need it to be honest as my diet is clean as a whistle but I dunno.

it’s a fair point mate, I think there’s a pharmacist near me that you can just stroll in and use their cuff. I’ll give it to the end of this week - buy then I’ll have been on the drol for 2 weeks - and have a check. If it’s high, I’ll do something about it.

I dunno mate, the industry I work in (I run a gym and am a personal trainer) means that walking around at like 250lbs would actually lose me business (99% of my income is fat loss clients and they get scared off by bodybuilder types), so it’s not like I really NEED to BnC, but I’ll be 30 next year so I reckon my PCTs’ll start to get harder. I reckon I’ll have to choose between just staying off and trying to maintain or the BnC lifestyle.
Honestly, I’d have started BnC years ago, it’s just the fertility thing that scares me. I’m not even desperate to have kids anytime soon, I would just hate myself if I had to tell my girl that the reason I couldn’t give her a family is because I liked having the best physique at pool parties! And I realise that the fears are probably way overblown, and that boards like these are full of stories about dudes getting their girls knocked up when they were running like a gram of tren, but knowing my luck I’d be that one dickhead who got fucked over.
But I dunno. It’s a decision that’s going to require a bit of pondering.
