Anyway, here’s a story, you ever hear of AOBS? I was there at the dinner (I know some people, who know people). Anyway I’m sitting eating dinner next to a former big time Olympic lifter, he told about a party he went to in the 1970s and the big name bodybuilders were there, one of them snorted the biggest line of coke he ever saw, and says “this good shit, you want”? Just to keep you all updated, I haven’t eaten celery for weeks.
I utilized it for about 2-weeks when I first started this thread along with doing high rep squats in the morning to trim fat quickly.
Guess what, it did the job!
I trimmed the god aweful second azz crack that I was seeing in my back shots. I was around 200# BW and was getting down close to 190#.
I stopped the celery and kept the morning high rep work (not squats everyday, but something high rep every morning).
I stopped the celery only because I don’t want to loose too much mass, I’m not into the Rocky 4 look.
So bottom line is it worked for something quick.
I added 1-rep maxing to the weekly goals which I feel burns fat also, well, builds muscle which in turn burns fat. I weighed in at 194-195 this weekend and was happy with my lower back look.
It did? How fucking fat were you that you now think you look good?
How has nobody already put up the only proper use of celery?

I’m actually doing both bagels and PB AND celery and PB.
Sometimes I’ll eat the celery and PB late at night.
Sometimes I’ll eat it early along with a Dave’s bagel.
LOTs of PB, Crazy Richard’s natty scans Excellent in nutrition along with all of Dave’s breads.
I keep getting leaner and bigger. I’m seeing some signs of veins happening.
That’s the thing! Celery may be a good source of vitamins and minerals, but you cannot take it as your taste buds will not allow you to do that so so easily.
Celery should be moved to the pharma section.
Indeed. CRT is comparable to TRT, and any exogenous sources of compounds must be addressed correctly. Celery contains psolarens, a phototoxic agent.
That said, Cool Whip is a worthy alternative to celery, from a nutritional standpoint. I must stress here, that we have significant oral testimony from at least one former forum member - That Cool Whip is the answer to any dietary questions.

The only way I can eat cottage cheese is when I smother my cashews with it.
Cottage cheese = NASTY. Worse than canned tuna.
Here’s an update and I bet no one in the strength and size world does this because they think there is no jackedness regarding celery so they use drugs and other industry cookie cutter bad road stuff (enriching everyone’s pockets but not getting any more real gains) instead.
The other side of the coin are thin lean bunnies looking to loose weight do they eat celery sticks and carrots without PB.
I’m eating a stalk of celery with PB BEFORE bed now, remember the celery is a fat burner, so during the day I’m feeling jacked which means I can do stuff like eat cookies and bagels pre workout to get the glycogen tank filled to the max and utilize it for lifting intensity, then the celery at night with PB promotes fat loss AND muscle gains with the PB!

Have you tried it with Nutella and PB? Much better.

I use Crazy Richard’s natty chunk 100 percent peanuts with the oil separated, 3.99 a jar. Tastes awesome, can’t go back to much any other brand except smuckers.

No - it’s not DNP, it’s a so called negative calorie food (takes more calories to eat and digest than it provides), so by smothering it in PB it’s no longer a net negative, and you aren’t losing any fat (unless you’re in an overall deficit).
