Celery, Are You Utilizing Correctly…

Are you utilizing what celery can do, or are you just eating it as a scrawny fitness fad?

Let me tell ya, this is a vibrant veggie that provides energy and on its own burns calories.

Best way to utilize this-

Wake up, take a vibrant green stalk, sniff the stalk, ohhh wakes your butt up!!!

Take the stalk and smother it with natty PB of your choice, don’t be skimpy.

Now you will have the best workout of your life that morning!!!

Not sure I understand the context to this one. Are you recommending a stalk of celery with peanut butter as a pre workout meal?

As a dude that was eating something like 16 stalks of celery at one point, lemme just say f**k celery.

And now I’ll be making those for my kids.

My son is 14, so it’s really starting to irritate him, which makes me love doing it all the more.

I’m confused.

It provides energy but also burns energy?

Yeah man, nothing gets me the mood to drop some bodies like sniffing vegetables…

What is the purpose of this post?

That’s kinda what I meant by the fad comment.

Like those skinny girls always eating celery.

So, instead of using the bread for a change I ate at least 800 calories of PB on 1-stalk of celery. I feel more energized than the bread,

Something I do every once in a while for a few days.

And the point of the post is I’m explaining how to utilize celery correctly.

It’s not supposed to eaten like those skinny bunny babes Or the scrawny juicer way, LOL.

I was eating a LOT of peanut and almond butter on that celery my dude.

Seriously, f**k celery. And bread too.

I only like cooked celery, so it isn’t really that vibrant. I now understand that my utilization has been faulty.

Celery was associated with death cults in ancient Greece, so that’s metal.

But it sounds like you’re advocating for peanut butter with a celery garnish.

I’ll stick with with my proven pwo protocol of 2 lines of celery salt and a celery juice enema.

Like a lot of things , if you do so much of it, it sucks.

I don’t like celery, but every once in a while doing it the way I’m saying, I enjoy it. I think it smells good too, especially a fresh dark green stalk with leaves.

If I ate fish every day several times a day, I’d end up hating that too.

Not just any bread, Dave’s KILLER bread!

F**k Dave and his bread.

But I am happy for you that you enjoyed a yummy treat

What do you have against Dave?

I didn’t know you were such an angry guy.

Are you dieting or something?

LOL.

I had this for breakfast yesterday

And an entire rack of ribs for dinner. Dieting: hah!

I am living my dude. Get away from this junk and feel the same. There is no going back.

I DID the celery with nutbutters. I DID the “healthy bread”. Its all processed junk.

You are talking about wanting to feel great and energized. If so, then f**k celery and killer bread.

Are those eggs?

I can’t stand cooked eggs like that.

I constantly stir them in the pan so they nice and fluffy.

That’s a post workout meal though.

I’m talking pre workout. But if you are gobbling that before a 20 rep squat and not puking, more power to you!

This has taken me down a fantastic rabbit hole - thanks!

Nice! do you eat again post workout?

It’s not like I’ve never eaten eggs and meat before lifting. In fact that was my ritual for many years. And I still fo it. I don’t do rituals anymore.

I find it a chore and being enslaved though.

I’ll take a processed Dave’s bagel, much easier, less headaches on the home front, less expensive etc etc etc. And less chewing chewing chewing.

Most people will

I told you what I ate: that for breakfast, and a full rack of ribs for dinner. Was a great day

Naw dude, let me assure you that it’s what is being done after that bagel that separates me from most people :slightly_smiling_face:
