I know of a guy back in the strongman days who would do RDLs with like 500 for 15reps. He hurt his back in his Marine days just over working and not recovering but as he was hitting middle aged he was bending steel (strongman stuff) and something happened, something rare he said he couldn’t even dress himself for months.

That is fuking scary and shows how the mind can beyond what the body can take, I mean someone with a tough mind really can train till death.

No, the celery is something I did about a year ago, and now re visiting.

  1. Firmly grasp celery stalk at the wide end
  2. Insert rectally to stimulate prostate
  3. Continue stimulating until garlic dick subsides
  4. Repeat as necessary

Recycling of celery after above procedure is not recommended.

I fucked up in my 30s actually I fucked up in my 20s that’s why I’m my 30s I had to get a career caused I fucked around so much in my 20s So I started getting out of shape in my mid - 30s almost thought my heyday was over, naw, it’s just starting.

Never ever used any substances either, not once. Most guys my age are on T replacement, that won’t be me.

I competed in strongman from 2003 to 2008 I retired when I got hitched. I did 3 contests a year for those 5 years.

My specialty was endurance, I sucked at gym lifts, so I placed 3 and 4 mostly. I was a strong toothpick at 180# BW, no lightweight class in our comps. So everyone out weighed me by at least 20#.

I could sprint with 250# sandbag!

Let me tell ya what many old gym guys do, they get addicted to endurance because they start missing all the lifts in the heyday. Endurance and old age go together like bread and butter, it’s easy it’s natural. Strength gets harder especially if you’re also trying to be more muscled than fat.

Strength actually is more important because endurance is easier and more natural with older age.

Striated abs??? Overrated, some old guys with those put a shirt on and they don’t even look like they lift.

See, I’m going for tiny waist yes, but large dense full succulent muscle mass, yes V all the way. Ain’t going to happen eating only meat, meat won’t give that full plump dense mass, it just helps for striation.

The disks get vulnerable getting older, conventional dead lifting gets rough, but there are other ways. You’ll see that in the coming months from me.

I started in 2013 and have a competition coming up in 2 weeks. Before that, I did 3 powerlifting meets from 2010-2012. I also have a grappling competition coming up on Saturday, and compete in Tang Soo Do when the tournaments show up. I run a few distance races here and there too. Competition is fun.

Gotta make your way to the freezer section and get some organic sprouted Ezekiel bread. I swear I’m borderline orthorexic when it comes to seeing all the nonsense on the labels at the store
