Celery, Are You Utilizing Correctly…

I was looking at bread at the store earlier and realized I couldn’t find a single one, even “healthy” ones, without added sugars. I don’t know why but I wasn’t expecting that. I’d just never stood there and compared 20+ brands before, or contemplated bread ingredients. Then I did a deep dive online and saw a bunch of Europeans flabbergasted at the idea that Americans eat breads with added sugars, haha. I think America’s done a lot of things right but man, we’ve f’ed up our food.

You’re doing a lot of this without really throwing any evidence around.

I hope it one day brings you happiness.

@jshaving Its criminal really. Government subsidies really drive so many nutritional decisions, and we have an arms race to make this stuff hyper palatable. We got real good at reading macros and terrible at reading ingredients

Garlic is grown and completely natural.

Quote from T3 from his YouTube vid on transformation “if you can grow it or hunt, it’s good for you” “if it can sit on a box for months on a shelf it’s not good for you”.

Garlic lowers BP and reduces inflammation.

Celery goes bad quickly.

Pretty sad we can’t make a thread about something to help us around here without mocking etc.

How many risks do you take to look like you do, but look down on anything true of health benefit? Is it a threat to your fans and followers?
The good ole irongame.

You’re not giving anyone any reason to listen to you. You are just saying “I said this is better” and then appear a little annoyed we don’t all just get onboard. Can you share references? Statistics? People you’ve trained? Your own before/ after performance or bloodwork?

None of us (at least that I know in this thread) are uninterested in health. In fact, I think it’s, for most, our primary concern. Reading someone say “celery - told you so” just isn’t a compelling enough argument for me to change my current practices.

Yup! Said at the height of my celery and raw veggie consumption. It’s why I say I know exactly where you are coming from, to include always being unhappy, and why I hope you will one day be able to be happy.

No joke, that change was so huge for me. It is STILL so huge for me.

T3,
IDK why you assume I’m unhappy?

I don’t think being not satisfied with training sessions equals literally not being happy.

Yesterday I squatted 206 x30 fastest pace ever.

Today for my am light session I squatted 100# x65 trying to go as fast as possible.

This time last year I would have wanted some rest days from that type of squatting.

I ate celery with PB again, I feel fucking fantastic! I’m getting leaner and stronger every day.

I’m about to eat some eggs now.

I will get to where you are, if anyone on this board can, it’ll be me, but I always experiment and try different things, no rituals for me and I wear that as a badge of honor.

I’m just glad there’s still a place on the internet where we can split hairs about food items that most people would benefit from eating more of.

I’m not quite carnivore, but I’m at about 90 percent calories from beef, eggs and some cheese most days for the last month. That’s working for me right now. Among a few other veggies, I cannot and will not give up my Market Basket brand jalapenos in a jar for my pan-seared beef patties and eggs, so a carnivore I am not.

That’s why I’m here to tell you all about the remarkable sexual staying power I’ve discovered by consuming an entire jar of Market Basket jalapeno peppers almost every day. It will unlock the true potential of your raging garlic erections.

Disclaimer, I really don’t care or need anyone to listen at all.

I enjoy posting things I discover, I don’t get paid for this, I would most likely not like it anymore if I HAD to do this.

Everyone can ignore it as far as I’m concerned.

No reason to post BS about smashing your hands with hammer, HTF is that even related?
That’s like comparing the pain of going hard in the gym to what he said about the hammer. Give us a break!

BTW, everyone knows celery is good for you, it’s a no brainer, but no one enjoys eating it.

It’s interesting some need some evidence on this one.

You legit told me point blank.

I remember feeling EXACTLY like this. Getting away from that feeling has been SO freeing.

I applaud you for limiting yourself to just one jar: not being a twojarslave to this ritual!

I like that you’re giving crazy advice, then referencing someone whose saying “fuck that advice” as a means of justifying your crazy advice.

As a general rule, i tend to not listen to people with neither desireable lifts nor desireable physiques.

Enjoy your celery and raw garlic.

You took that the wrong way.

I won’t be happy when I do catch up to your lifting, 200 x50 is not good enough either. Some people have squatted BW for 100 at 200-225#.

I wasn’t giving you advice anyway.

Just like a narcissist like yourself thinking every thread should be about you.

No one give advice unless it’s approved by bafoon.

Once again, my heart goes out hearing this, as I remember feeling exactly the same, and from the other side now, it’s so much better having shed that.

I really set myself up for that one!

I didn’t realize there’s some kind of underlying beef going on in this thread. I’m not sure what the meat of the arguments really are, but I say you gotta go with whatever brings home the bacon. You can make hamburger out of each other having these kinds of chicken and egg arguments about nutrition and health, but some people have bigger fish to fry.

Your heart does not need to go out here, please really, I thought you were tougher than that.

Well, if you think I’m not happy as a result of my workout this morning you are wrong.

Looking forward to my evening lifting, can’t wait.

But you are full of it, apparently you still are harboring some issues because you beat your chest with your workout vid.
But I like that about you!

The narcissist won’t do that, I know his type. He would sooner show us how easy and casual he can lift than an all out ballz exposing vulnerability like you showed in that vid. You went 100 percent and nothing about looked easy.

I do admit that me saying puking during a squat workout after eating that was incorrect on my part. That just means I’m out of shape, which I’m transforming. I can admit my faults, I own that one.

Not at all dude. I find that mentality toxic myself. I care for you. I want happiness and awesomeness for you.
