Excellent. Remind us of your stats before and how they compare to now (I see the 177 in the photo, but that’s all we know).

i posted this pircutre here 3 months ago. 161 lbs… prob around 12%
i was benching around 250 then…im up about 285 on bench now.
i am now able to leap 5 inches off the ground with 250 lbs on my back. 3 times in a row. maybe more… i dont go past 3 reps…from a squat, butt to heel. i was able to do it with 225 then.
im able to deadlift 435 now. 3 times. i was having a hard time with 415 then. now it makes the face red… but its no real problem.
:on I,BODYBUILDER
in three months ive done nothing but explosive lifts, and bettering my rep quality like it says on I,BODYBUILDER… lessening my reps, but going up to 10 sets. on my ratcheting… i dont really rest till about set 5. but i dont really rest for more than a minute.
this I,BODYBUILDER stuff is good shit. it’s added another dimension to my workout. its like a sport now…and i always know that im at the very edge of my ability… i know its always max force…thus always productive; and it makes it really easy to tell really if youre getting better. …and yeah, it makes me sweat like mad. i love it.
You still look very good. But to be honest, from the pictures provided, it looks like you’ve smoothed out more than anything else. Not that you’re on the wrong track, mind you - but since you’re not exactly gaining very lean (again not that you need to) you’d do better doing the gain weight and strength for a year or so before you can see real size gains.
I take it you’re about 5’7" or so. YOu’re not old by any stretch, so take your time and allow yourself to gain up to 200 before you reevaluate/continue. I will say that you need to push harder for strength gains considering everything, or all you’ll achieve is smooth out and soften up.
Again, looking good. But you need to get more serious at this stage considering your pre-conceived final destination.
i think its just the picture. id say im just as lean… if im not… its only by a couple of %. three months ago, i put a photo up stating i was around 8%… turns out i was way off, was probably more like 12% at the time. now, realistically, and if inaccurate it would probably be an overestimation, id say im 14%. additionaly, i used to have some skinny legs… i wouldnt call them skinny anymore. i have the beginning of some lats now too… i used to not have much of one at all. im still trying to grow, and dont have plans on leaning out anytime soon… so yeah, im concentrating on strength and size right now, which is what im applyling this ibodybuilder thing for… and i think its working pretty good. later on, when i got the size i want, around 210 - 215 @ 10%, ill lean down to 185 - 190. no time limit. should be fun.
another. maybe a little bit better.
I don’t think you’re 14%. Maybe you’re 12 now. Maybe those super fancy ways of measuring will tell you otherwise, but whatever.
You seem well put together, pretty much every muscle group is about the size it should be I think. This is very good. Get up to 200-220lbs and you could probably do some serious damage in bodybuilding.
But yeah, listen to TD, he’s a smart fellow.
Good luck man.
Good progress on your legs.
thanks for noticing. i’ve been givin’em some hurt.
