Cats or Dogs?

I love my cat, even though she is a fat lazy turd…but i definitly miss my old dog (part chow retriever). And when i get a new dog I want a corgi…those suckers are awesome…so which do you prefer?

Dogs, I can’t deal with cats because I know they hate me. There’s just something about them that tells me they hate me and I can’t explain it. But dogs really enjoy my company and I like to return that, I have a much healthier relationship with dogs, and the bigger ones are a lot cooler. Little dogs are still good, but I definitely prefer bigger dogs that can wrestle around and race me through fields during a walk.

I actually don’t like comparing them. There’s really no need to.

I must say I do have trouble seeing a female dog and a male cat together and keeping their genders in mind. I keep thinking the cat is a female and the dog is a male.
I guess it would help if I thought of the dog as a chubby girl and the cat as the gay guy that is always seen haging around with unattractive chubby girls.

Although cats are usually associated with women and dogs are associated with men, it is more accurate to say that introverts prefer cats while extroverts prefer dogs.

I hate cats because they hate me, and they probably hate me because I unfairly stereotype them very early on. It’s an endless cycle and both of us are way too stubborn and prejudiced to break it.

I think you have it reversed kemosabe. Your body language and behavior scares off cats. Of course you’re not particularly fond of a good pussy either?

Dogs! they are so much more fun. Although they require so much more attention, time, and effort. I have one of each and I can’t wait for the cat to go.

I had a cat who literally acted like a dog. He was a boss. Otherwise I like dogs.

Cats are cool if they kill stuff. Otherwise I like dogs better but don’t have or want any because they require too much time.

Its actually my wife’s cat and he is a complete pussy (pun intended) he weights 18lbs and is lazy and does nothing but eat sleep and beg for food.

I hate cats, and they still like me. Seriously. All animals seem to like me, for some reason or another - its the animal magnetism.

In all seriousness, cats are as worthwhile as having a high maintenance wife who uses you only for you to buy her stuff and pay for her credit cards. Otherwise, she does her own thing and uses intimacy as a bargaining chip.

Dogs are like a fun friend who always want to hang out and are up for whatever you are. You don’t need to give them anything except attention and the occasional scrap from the table. They expect nothing but will give everything.

I own two siberian Huskies that are sisters and a Doberman boy. My girls love to play and relax and my boy is always at my side. I trust him with my home when I’m not there and to protect what is mine if I can’t. I could not ever do the same with a cat - whether a domestic or lion.

Get the best of both worlds and pick up a Savannah cat. You will get a giant cat that plays fetch, isn’t afraid of water, and has a pack mentality. I plan on picking one up once my dogs pass.

I like both. My cat brings home rabbits for the dog. The dog in turn lets the cat cuddle up and sleep with her.

They both wake me up by the cat biting my hair and the dog sniffing and licking my face.

@skyzyks Rabbits? Is it like a maine coon or something big. I’ve seen cats hunt mice and moles but a rabbit is a bit bigger.

No, she’s part chartreux/Siamese. Small, but extremely fast. She bolts across the yard and blind sides them, rolls around and sinks her canines through their spine at the neck.

Amazing little super predator.

Awesome! My dogs tag team groundhogs I feel bad but it’s the most entertaining thing in their lives lol

botched attempt at posting pic.

My dog is a mini pin/Chihuahua small feisty I found her one night when I was out and have had her for 2 years now.

Yeah maybe, I have a general dislike of cats and they can probably recognise it in me, so they get on their toes and moan at me a lot. Not really, low sex drive, never really understood it.
