The DOMS in my calves today after doing this yesterday is unreal. The cool thing about that is I NEVER get DOMS in my calves.

Still on it. I’ve hit 100 reps everyday. Hurts horribly. But is I foam roll and stretch them after, I’ve noticed my ankles have felt VERY mobile. So it adding an inch to my calves would be awesome, but if it just forces me to do prehab on the area, it’s worth it too me! lol
I’m failing earlier and earlier; I didn’t finish 40 reps today. I have no idea WTF I’m doing wrong as far as recovery goes.
I can’t get past 50, and the last 10 are a helluva struggle.
Week 2 - I’m getting a lot better at balancing, and the burn doesn’t bother me as bad. Now I’m contending with the shakes when I get past the 50 mark.
Day 1 - 75
Day 2 - 85
Day 3 - 100! When I hit the 3:30 mark, I was thinking there was no way in hell…
Day 4 - 100. Good squeeze until 32 reps. Numb after that.
Day 5 - 100. Good squeeze until 45.
Day 6 - Missed this one amongst all the hubbub at the hospital.
Day 7 - 100. Good squeeze til 55.

So I’ve apparently leveled off at 15 1/2" for the moment. Now let’s see if I can gain that other 1/2" over the next two and a half weeks.
The article says to stay at BWx100 until you get one month down. I guess I’ll just focus on getting a good squeeze for more and more reps. After I get to about 30-35 reps, it’s all effort and no feel.

I don’t know if they’re any bigger but they feel firmer which is fine. and I’m getting 60 reps now.
