This one (in Big Arms in 6 Weeks) was pretty inspiring. The forearms and mass in the upper arms are incredible.

Ha, Arnold does look smaller there compared to Casey, but he looks a little older compared to his competition days. Maybe he was more in his “movie shape” there.
Is that a bench especially for wrist curl actions?

I attended the 1980 Miami Grand Prix back when I was in the Air Force and stationed in Florida. I recall that Mike Mentzer showed up, but did not compete. I (and many others) had a chance to chat with him in the lobby.
The show was fantastic, and Casey looked great. My clearest memory of him was not on stage, but walking through the lobby in street clothes (around the same time Mentzer was in the lobby - memory is going fast, but I think he came in the same car as Casey and it was comical watching them exit that little vehicle).
Casey was thick as hell in street clothes, and he had a very buxom lady on his arm who resembled Daisy Duke. They looked like they both came out a comic book lol.
