Here’s another one. It looks like synthol to me, but I could be wrong of course. I do know his shoulders look completely different than they did in that older pic where he’s curling

Notice I stated “that hits the gym often”. The avg guy does not hit the gym often and is inconsistent. But most of the guys who are dedicated and have a clue make fairly good progress.
